Shift Delivery is a worker-owned co-operative specializing in commercial delivery and last-mile logistics by electric cargo trike.

Since 2011, we’ve helped businesses, farms, food producers, nonprofits and community organizations move goods throughout Vancouver. Our work has included everything from catering, groceries, and parcels to medical supplies, reusable containers, and complex multi-stop routes.

Our trikes are built for the city. They move efficiently through congested streets, use bike infrastructure and can park close to the destination—making them especially effective in dense neighbourhoods and hard-to-access locations.

But the trikes are only part of what makes Shift different. Our logistics team brings human judgment, flexibility and care to every route. We learn our clients’ operations, solve problems as they arise and build delivery systems that work in the real world.

WHAT CAN SHIFT DELIVER?

We deliver a wide range of commercial goods, including catering and prepared food, groceries and farm products, parcels, medical supplies, retail products and reusable containers. Our cargo trikes are designed for substantial loads and multi-stop routes. Tell us what you need moved, and we’ll assess the best setup.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We deliver throughout much of Vancouver, with particular strength in dense neighbourhoods such as Downtown, the West End, Mount Pleasant, East Vancouver, False Creek, Kitsilano and Fairview. Availability and pricing depend on the pickup location, delivery density, timing and cargo requirements.

DO YOU OFFER RECURRING DELIVERY ROUTES?

Yes. Recurring and multi-stop routes are a core part of our work. We can provide daily, weekly or custom delivery schedules and adapt the service as your volume changes.

CAN SHIFT HANDLE CATERING AND LARGE ORDERS?

Yes. We regularly transport catering, office lunches, prepared meals and multi-container orders. Multiple trikes can be coordinated when one vehicle is not enough.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY OR ON-DEMAND DELIVERY?

Often, depending on timing, service area and available capacity. Contact us with the pickup, destination, timing and cargo details and we’ll let you know what is possible.

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

Send us the pickup and delivery locations, preferred timing, frequency, number of stops, and an estimate of the cargo size. For recurring or unusual work, we’ll help design the route and pricing with you.
